The NTR team comprises four main partners supported by other professional and administrative staff.
Family/Matrimonial (Head of Family Law)
Stephen Gallagher is Head of the Family Law department and a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme and of “Resolution”. He believes strongly in solving matters, if at all possible, in a constructive and non-confrontational manner, reducing distress and expensive litigation as far as possible.
Eila Rochfort is Head of the Private Client department and specialises particularly in the elderly client, probate, wills and trusts. She is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), Solicitors for the Elderly, and of the Law Society Probate Section. She is also a local representative of the profession’s national charity, working with solicitors and their dependents who are in difficulty. She is also a trustee of Connect, the counselling charity.
Head of Residential Property and Private Client Solicitor
Keren Morgan, LLB (Hons), BSc combines her role as Head of Residential Conveyancing, where she specialises in complex transactions, with a developing specialism in private client work.
Within the Private Client department, an area of practice she shares with Eila Rochfort, Keren takes on matters relating to Court of Protection, wills and probate.
As a previous lecturer in employment law, Keren still takes an interest in this aspect of practice and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Surrey Women’s Solicitors Group.

David ReynoldsMA Hons (Oxon), Solicitor
Commercial Property – (Head of Commercial)
David has trained and worked with several leading London firms before joining Neale Turk Rochfort. He specialises in all types of commercial property including offices, shops, factories, warehouses, pubs and restaurants and has also dealt with riding stables, caravan parks/campsites, private airfields, hospitals, telecommunications sites, hotels and club premises in his time. Another of David’s specialisms is the sale and purchase of small to medium sized businesses and he has also advised on a number of business, partnership, company, commercial property and residential property disputes and problems.
Chris Dobbs LLM is a trainee solicitor who converted to law at the University of Law- Guildford after studying English at Loughborough University. At Guildford he specialised in Advanced Property, Family and Employment law and is currently in the middle of his two-year training during which he is gaining experience across our practice areas.
Mohamed Bangura is a consultant solicitor with the firm having joined us in 2017 from his previous practice. He specialises in Employment and Civil law as an experienced and fierce litigator. He has experience in advising and representing both employees and employers on a range of employment issues and has a proven track record of success in the Employment Tribunal.He also provides guidance and support through other forms of dispute resolution which do not involve attending court in both employment and other civil matters.
