Meet The Team
The NTR team comprises four main partners supported by other professional and administrative staff.

David Reynolds
Partner/Solicitor – Head of Commercial
David Reynolds is an experienced solicitor who has been with Neale Turk Rochfort for over 20 years, specialising in commercial property matters and the sale and purchase of SMEs. He also advises on a wide range of areas, including commercial contracts, property disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and conveyancing. In addition, David has extensive expertise in wills and estate planning, providing comprehensive support to both commercial and private clients.

Keren Vinall-Morgan
Partner/Solicitor – Head of Residential Property and Private Client
Keren Morgan has been with Neale Turk Rochfort for over 23 years and became a partner in 2006. She specialises in private client work, with a particular focus on wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. As a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, Keren offers expert, compassionate advice tailored to the needs of older clients and their families. Known for her approachable manner and attention to detail, she provides a trusted and reliable service to both new and longstanding clients.

Mohamed D. Bangura
Partner/ Solicitor – Head of Employment and Civil
Mohamed Bangura joined Neale Turk Rochfort in 2017 from his previous practice and specialises in employment and civil law. As an experienced and determined litigator, he advises and represents both employees and employers across a wide range of employment issues, with a proven track record of success in the Employment Tribunal. Mohamed also supports clients through alternative dispute resolution methods in both employment and wider civil matters.

Eila Rochfort
Private Client
Eila Rochfort is now a consultant at Neale Turk Rochfort, having taken a step back from the business after many years of dedicated service. She specialises in private client work, particularly wills, trusts, probate, and advising elderly clients. Eila is a member of STEP, Solicitors for the Elderly, and the Law Society Probate Section, and she continues to support the community through her roles with a national charity for solicitors and as a trustee of the counselling charity Connect.
Service Standards
We sincerely hope that you will have no reason to complain and that any issues arising during the course of your Matter pertaining to the Services we provide can be dealt with between you and the designated member of the Firm.
Any complaint, including a complaint about your bill, should be raised first with the partner or other Fee-Earner who is dealing with your Matter.
If they are not able to resolve the complaint, you should refer your complaint to the Supervising Partner.
If, unfortunately, this does still not resolve the complaint then the final stage of our internal process is for the matter to be referred to the Senior Partner, Keren Morgan or the Managing Partner, David Reynolds.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Services Ombudsman at PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ legalservicesombudsman.org.uk in order that they can consider the complaint.
If you are dissatisfied with your Bills you have the right to object and to apply for it to be assessed under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974.
