Fees

Civil practice work is charged at a standard rate of £350.00 (+VAT) per hour.

Residential lease extensions under the statutory procedure, fees are:

• Where the landlord is the freeholder, £1,465 plus VAT plus £750 plus VAT conveyancing fee
• Where the landlord is an intermediate leaseholder, £1,625 plus VAT plus £875 plus VAT conveyancing fee

Printing, AML & Other Administration Fees:

There are also internal copying, printing, postage charges up to £50 plus VAT, as well as AML compliance and onboarding charges plus VAT (usually about £35 plus VAT per person) and also disbursements, depending on the service being provided.
