David has trained and worked with several leading London firms before joining Neale Turk Rochfort.  He specialises in all types of commercial property including offices, shops, factories, warehouses, pubs and restaurants and has also dealt with riding stables, caravan parks/campsites, private airfields, hospitals, telecommunications sites, hotels and club premises in his time. Another of David’s specialisms is the sale and purchase of small to medium sized businesses and he has also advised on a number of business, partnership, company, commercial property and residential property disputes and problems.

Keren Morgan, LLB (Hons), BSc combines her role as Head of Residential Conveyancing, where she specialises in complex transactions, with a developing specialism in private client work.
Within the Private Client department, an area of practice she shares with Eila Rochfort, Keren takes on matters relating to Court of Protection, wills and probate. She takes a particular interest in Court of Protection work where she is able to use her skills to assist vulnerable clients.
As a previous lecturer in employment law, Keren still takes an interest in this aspect of practice and is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly and the Surrey Women’s Solicitors Group.

Mohamed Bangura joined us in 2017 from his previous practice. He specialises in Employment and Civil law as an experienced and fierce litigator. He has experience in advising and representing both employees and employers on a range of employment issues and has a proven track record of success in the Employment Tribunal.He also provides guidance and support through other forms of dispute resolution which do not involve attending court in both employment and other civil matters.
