When my employer issued me with a redundancy notice I contacted Neale Turk Rochfort for legal advice. The advice made it clear that my employer had acted unfairly so I made a claim against them with the help of Neale Turk Rochfort. My employer decided to settle the claim before going to Tribunal. The end result was a greatly improved settlement figure in return for a modest legal fee for Neale Turk Rochfort. Without their help and advice I would have been forced to accept the situation imposed upon me and would have had considerably less money in the bank to pay the bills.

It was only thanks to Neale Turk Rochfort I was fairly compensated for my redundancy. Employment law and different nuances are difficult to follow even in your home country.
